About you
- Applicant must be a U.S. citizen and have lived in Middlesex County for at least one year.
- Applicant must be a first-time homeowner and demonstrate a current housing need.
- Household must have qualifying income and demonstrate ability to make long-term mortgage payments and pay closing costs.
- The affiliate reviews credit and criminal background.
- Selected households complete 400 sweat-equity hours and required financial and homeownership workshops.
