No record on this site is sponsored, featured, or paid for. That covers all 2,223 published records, checked when you loaded this page.
Paid placement never changes who appears in a search, and never changes the order results come back in. It buys a label and nothing else. If you ever find a result you think was ranked by money rather than by fit, report it — that is the single worst thing this site could get wrong.
It is rebuilt from the records themselves every time somebody opens it, rather than maintained by hand. A record cannot be marked sponsored or featured at all without naming who is paying and saying what that pays for — that is enforced when the record is saved, not by anybody remembering.
We also publish how often we are wrong and how much of the catalogue anyone has actually checked.
