• We never share a resident’s personal information with a partner without that resident’s consent.
• Any insights we share with partners are aggregate and privacy-protected — never individual records.
• We don’t sell data, and residents always control what they share.

What a partnership looks like (example)

1. A counseling org shares its class calendar; we verify and list it with the certificate details stated plainly.
2. Workshop attendees get a link that opens the assessment with their situation preselected — they arrive at their first session with a plan, a shortlist, and their documents started.
3. The org submits program updates through our review queue; verified changes appear with source and date.
4. Quarterly, the org receives an aggregate, privacy-protected summary — how many residents used the link, common barriers, program interest. Never individual records.

The initial pilot, defined

Eligibility

Organizations in MD, DC, VA, or CT serving aspiring or current homeowners: counseling orgs, local government, libraries, employers, nonprofits, faith groups, education providers.

Duration

90 days, then a joint review and an explicit renew-or-exit decision. No auto-renewal.

Deliverables

A partner referral link, verified listings for your programs and classes, and one aggregate engagement summary.

Your responsibilities

A named contact, accurate program information, and telling us when something changes.

Measurement

Referral visits, assessments started, saves — aggregate only, shared with you.

Privacy & exit

No resident PII crosses the boundary in either direction. Exit anytime; your listings stay only if you want them to.

Onboarding: intro call → verify your listings → link goes live. Typically under two weeks of calendar time.
