Who can apply

About you

The applicant must be a first-time homebuyer; the public page does not define the ownership lookback period.
The recipient must live, work, volunteer, or have family in Baltimore County, Baltimore City, Carroll County, or Harford County.
Household income must be at or below 80% of the applicable county AMI or state median family income, whichever is higher, adjusted for household size.
Eligible properties are owner-occupied one-to-four-family homes, townhomes, and condominiums.

The home

The buyer must contribute at least $1,000, complete required homebuyer education and financial literacy, and occupy the home as a primary residence.

The program makes the final eligibility decision.
