Who can apply
About you
- Household income must generally be at or below 80% AMI.
- Eligible cohorts include current or retired law enforcement, educators, health-care workers, firefighters and other first responders, veterans, active-duty military, surviving spouses, and qualifying essential workers.
- First-time and repeat buyers may qualify.
How to apply
- The current product requires a minimum buyer contribution and prescribed financial-literacy counseling.
