- Beeline is licensed as a Connecticut mortgage lender (ML-1799947).
- The competing locked Loan Estimate must be no more than one business day old and reflect identical terms.
- The free-refi offer expires December 31, 2026.

- Price Pact applies only to conventional/agency first-lien purchase or refinance loans within conforming limits.
- The future refinance must be on the same property and at least six months after the prior Beeline closing.
The program makes the final eligibility decision.

Conditions
Price Pact requires a locked competitor Loan Estimate no more than one business day old, identical conventional/agency first-lien terms, and submission before Beeline rate lock. The future refinance benefit applies to the same property after a six-month wait and waives only Beeline-retained fees.
