The Homebuyer Dream (HBD) is a new program through the Federal Home Loan Bank. This program is a replacement for the First Home Club, which was phased out in March 2019.
The maximum grant that a household may receive depends on the financial institution with which they are working. Those looking to take advantage of this new program will need to complete Homebuyer Education prior to applying for funding.
