HomeBase is committed to increasing Black first-time homebuyers' rate by over 20% annually. We are going to do it by attacking glaring holes in the renter to buyer pipeline. We are dedicated to accelerating the requalification process by creating an online community centered around unbiased information about buying a home, from standard terms to shared stories, workshops, and an exclusive database of every homeownership incentive available in America.
We work with ambassadors to decrease the homeownership gap. We highlight real estate agents, mortgage brokers and housing counselors who are actively increasing homeownership.
