The Employer-Based Small Dollar Loan is made for employees of participating Baltimore employers who do not have enough equity in their homes but need to make repairs. Employees must be employed for at least 3 months in order to qualify and meet the remaining eligibility requirements in order to apply. This is a short-term, small-dollar loan of up to $1,000 for home repairs and improvements. For more information visit the NHS website.
