This program is only available to first time home buyers and can equal up to thousands of dollars over the lifetime of the loan. Qualifications are:

  • Need to be a first time home buyer with no ownership interest in any home in the past three years.
  • The home must be in an a eligible loan area and the price cannot surpass the the max allowed purchase price limits.
  • The home must be used a the primary residence and cannot be commercial.
  • The home buyer cannot have a household income that surpasses the income cap.
