With a new administration having taken office, social unrest being prevalent, and monumental legislation on its way to the congressional floor, it is imperative that NAREB be fully engaged and advocating for the importance of Black Homeownership to Capitol Hill.
Homeownership in the Black community currently sits at 46% nationwide, which is nearly 30 percentage points lower than our Non-Hispanic White counterparts. The NAREB 2021 Virtual Spring Policy Conference is meant to provide the tools needed for our members to bring “Democracy in Housing” to their respective communities. Join us as we bring urgency to our elected officials and policy makers around Black homeownership and let our voices be heard.
