New American Dream

It is the goal of the New American Dream initiative to increase the rate of Black homeownership in America through hard work, integrity, collaboration, and continued learning. Their mission is to decrease racial disparities by providing educational opportunities related to home buying, financial access, and career opportunities in the mortgage business for African-Americans. The initiative is a program developed by New American Funding. New American Funding believes that Black homeownership is an important factor in economic development. They aim to bridge the racial wealth gap by developing opportunities for all communities.

National Urban League

The National Urban League is a historic civil rights organization dedicated to economic empowerment, equality, and social justice. Founded in 1910 and headquartered in New York City, the Urban League collaborates at the national and local levels with community leaders, policymakers, and corporate partners to elevate the standards of living for African Americans and other historically underserved groups. The National Urban League is a member of the Black Homeownership Collaborative.

National Fair Housing Alliance

The National Fair Housing Alliance (NFHA) is the voice of fair housing. NFHA works to eliminate housing discrimination and to ensure equal housing opportunity for all people through leadership, education, outreach, membership services, public policy initiatives, community development, advocacy, and enforcement. NHFA is a member of the Black Homeownership Collaborative.

National Community Stabilization Trust

The National Community Stabilization Trust (NCST) is a non-profit organization that works to restore vacant and abandoned properties to productive use and protect neighborhoods from blight. Our programs facilitate the rehabilitation of vacant but structurally sound homes, enable safe, targeted demolition when necessary, and support creative and productive re-use of vacant land.
